John O. Clune is a trial attorney whose practice is devoted to representing people hurt in catastrophic accidents and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Clune attended college at the University of San Diego on a Presidential Scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude and was recognized as the Outstanding Student in the Major of Political Science. John spent his Junior Year abroad in Spain living and studying in Madrid, Toledo, Valencia, and Seville, and his is especially proud when he communicates with his Spanish-speaking clients in their native language.
In law school at U.C. Hastings, John won the American Jurisprudence Award for Moot Court, and was a production editor of the prestigious Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Mr. Clune was a judicial extern in the San Francisco Superior Court’s Law and Motion Department, reviewing and summarizing the attorney briefs on hundreds of cases for Judge Lucy K. McCabe, who was the co-author of the Rutter Group Guide to Law and Motion in Practice in California. Mr. Clune is especially skilled in writing winning motions and briefs.
